Peace is anti-Christian is it?
Have they told the Son of Peace that?
So much evil is being done in the name of god thse days, and so much hate felt and acted on in his name.
How would the board or committee or whatever it is have reacted to wreaths with peace-doves in them?
Oh, and the CND symbol was entirely to do with semaphore flags and has nothing to do with Satan.
“Satanic peace signs”? Anyone who can think those three words in that order without seeing what nonsense they are is lost already.
I despair, Suz, really I do.

Oh, it turned out pretty well in that case.
Reading between the lines on followup stories, I think the Homeowner’s Association president was out there on his own limb. He had to “fire” the whole HOA architectural control committee (also homeowners) who wouldn’t go along with him about banning the wreath. In other words, the homeowners who’d volunteered to administer the details of the deed covenants about what’s allowed, did NOT agree that the wreath was a violation of the covenants.
Then the next day or so after the news stories ran, the HOA completely did an about-face and said the wreath was fine.
And NOW the city of Pagosa Springs is going to put up its OWN “peace wreath” which just goes to show ya…
*sniggers*
Thanks for the update Suz. It is good when lunacy is recognised as being lunatic.
All the best and, like, Peace, man.
